Entrepreneur First is the best place for Europe’s top technical individuals to meet, and build world-changing startups in London.
We select purely on the basis of technical talent, so you can apply before you have a team or an idea. Our intensive six-month programme is designed to give you the best possible support in the first 100 days of your startup’s life.
We've created 40 startups now worth hundreds of millions of dollars. They're funded by some of the most prestigious investors including Y Combinator, Index Ventures, and Octopus Ventures.

How it works

We select you purely on talent. Not teams. Not ideas.

The EF Cohort is picked from the best technical individuals across Europe, often computer science and engineering grads from top universities, and also those who are a few years out. You don't need a team or startup idea to apply. We just look for the best people.

Make what you want, with who you want.

For the first three months, we unconditionally fund and support you personally. We help you work on your most ambitious ideas, and to build a co-founding team with other people in the cohort. It doesn't matter if you change what you work on, or who you work with.

Grow your startup and raise funding.

We then invest further in your startup and over three more months push you to grow as quickly as possible. Near the end we host a Demo Day with world class investors, guide you through fundraising, and help you hire your first employees.
